Kibera UK is a charity that helps volunteers work in Kibera, Nairobi, Kenya by assisting in schools, medical clinics, orphanages and job training.

About Deal2Reveal and its origins
Like a lot of ideas, Deal2Reveal came about by accident when looking on Google for UK auction sites. Normally eBay would be used automatically but after looking for alternatives Google turned up quite a few “auction” sites of which some were penny auctions like Madbid, Bidrivals and Swoopo, (where you bid on items) some were lowest unique bid like Madbid and Flutteroo and others “price-drop” style such as price-drop TV. Out of curiosity, these were looked at and tried and they became intriguing. After a bit of analysis on the figures that were available it was clear that some were making rather high profits, which can equate to providing a poor outcome for the customer (and often did according to forums).
In a variety of articles and forums about penny auction, lowest unique bid and bingo sites, the comments and criticisms were noted about Madbid, Bidrivals, Flutteroo, Swoopo and Price-Drop TV. A means of comparing these sites, particularly Penny Auction sites, was devised and this has become “Compare the Auctions” which includes a measure of how fair a penny auction is from the customers perspective (Fair Deal Ranking), available to download from deal2reveal on the help page. Bit by bit it seemed that there must be a better way of doing this, a better way to provide a good deal for the customer and to be able to provide great discounts in an online shop or shopping style environment. Clearly there has to be a fun element too and some lessons were learnt from looking at some Bingo sites such as Gala, and Foxy bingo. Gala Bingo and Foxy Bingo offer all sorts of Free incentives to join the sites and free credits from Madbid and Bidrivals are also available as well as from the Price-drop sites and online bingo sites. But, there must be a fairer way to deliver something that combines the good bits of all these different styles of auctions and bingo’s provided by Madbid, Bidrivals, Swoopo, Price-Drop, Gala and Foxy bingo, but offers the customer a much better deal.
Deal2Reveal was born and we know from analysis will deliver a much better deal to the customer than other penny auction outlets such as Madbid and BidRivals. We offer a simple, clear deal with no surprises. None of the “apparently cheap offers” of credits but then requiring 4 or 6 per bid! We have a single low price per bid and you cannot pay more than 10% of the retail price (that’s where our bidding starts).
